Our 6 Month Change of Mind Guarantee* Explained
A refund* in the unlikely event you change your mind.
What it is
We are confident our incoming residents will love their new retirement lifestyle but we understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our Change of Mind Guarantee gives you the option to cancel your contract, if you decide you no longer want to live in our Village in the first six months*.
*The Change of Mind Guarantee does not apply to the purchase of a freehold unit.

Flexibility to change your mind in the first six months of retirement village living and receive a refund.*

Our Change of Mind Guarantee
Key features:
- Applies during the first 6 months of your residence contract;
- You will receive your refund 45 days after you permanently vacate:
- Your refund will include your entry payment (ingoing contribution);
- It will also receive a full refund of your Upfront Fee if you chose the Pay Upfront option. If you selected the Pay Later option, you will not be required to pay an Exit Fee.
- Your Service Fees and Body Corporate Fees will stop on the day you permanently vacate. However, any fees you accumulate up to this date remain payable and will not be refunded.
- Any applicable promotional benefits will need to be repaid as a deduction from your refund.
