Our Recruitment Process
We aim to make the hiring process clear and respectful, with no guesswork required. Here’s what you can expect once you've applied for one of our current vacancies:
Phone Interview
If your application aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll give you a call. This is a chance for us to learn more about you, and for you to ask questions about the role.
Interviews
Next, you’ll meet with the hiring manager. Sometimes a second interview is needed. Be sure to bring any relevant documents, such as work visa details if applicable.
Reference Checks
With your permission, we’ll contact your recent managers to learn more about your experience.
Offer to Join Our Team
If successful, we’ll make a verbal offer and send you a welcome pack. All offers are subject to a criminal history check. Once everything’s finalised, we’ll agree on a start date and begin your onboarding.

Where We're Located
We call both Melbourne and Sydney home, with head offices in each city. Beyond our metropolitan offices, we proudly manage 59 retirement villages across the country.
