Phone Interview
If your initial application shows you have the skills we’re looking for, we’ll call you for a chat. This is your opportunity to ask any questions about the vacancy. (If we miss you, we’ll leave a message. Please get back in touch as soon as you can!)
Interviews
Assuming the phone interview goes well, we’ll invite you to an interview with the hiring manager. Sometimes a second interview might be needed. Be sure to bring any important documents – like work visa details, if applicable - to the interview.
Reference checks
With your permission, we’ll then seek work references from your manager in your most recent roles.
Offer to join our team
If your application is successful, we’ll be in touch to make a verbal offer and send you a welcome pack. Any offer is conditional on a criminal history report. Once the final paperwork is complete, we can discuss a start date, and prepare you for your onboarding. Your Levande journey is about to begin.
