Michelle is an award-winning sales professional but sees herself as more of a guide and supporter than anything else. Michelle has worked in the retirement living industry for more than 11 years, a deliberate decision she made following a career in the legal field, wanting to 'give back' as part of her work.

"I truly believe in retirement living communities. There are so many people I see who are isolated, and when they move in, they flourish," Michelle says.

Michelle is deeply passionate about helping people navigate this significant life change. " The whole industry is a beautiful group of people," Michelle says.

"There's no other group where you can just walk into a group and feel so welcome - like in a clubhouse. It's a big decision, and I do this to help. I like to think I go the extra mile to make sure everything's perfect."

It's clear Michelle does go above and beyond, in 2024, being recognised as the Property Council Sales Advisor of the Year for Victoria and Tasmania, and named a national finalist.
