The amount and timing for payment of the Management Fee are based on the contract payment option you choose. If you choose: 

- the Pay Upfront option, you will have to pay an upfront fee when you enter the village.  - the Pay Later option, you will have to pay a departure fee when you leave the village.  - the Capital Share option, you will have to pay a departure fee when you leave the village, and you will have to share any capital gains received with the operator of this village.
