Construction Update: Progress at The Cambridge

Construction Update: Progress at The Cambridge

5 min read

The construction of The Cambridge continues to make great strides, bringing us closer to welcoming residents into their new homes

The structure has now reached level 25 and remains on track for completion next month.

With a strong team of builders onsite, significant progress has been made on the internal fitouts. Framing has been completed up to level 20, painting has reached level 13, and timber flooring is now being installed across various levels. These milestones mark an exciting phase as the interiors start to take shape.

Beyond construction, we are also focusing on the finishing touches that will make The Cambridge feel like home. Furniture procurement is well underway. Our carefully curated art selection is being finalised, and commissioned artists have already begun creating bespoke pieces that will enhance the character of the village.

In addition to the residential buildings, the school and parish hall are now in their final stages of construction. This marks a significant milestone for the broader project, and we are thrilled to see these community facilities nearing completion.

As we move into the final stages of construction, we look forward to bringing you more updates over the coming months.
