Ridgehaven Rise Residents Love Retirement Living
Ridgehaven Rise residents, Peter and Margaret Caddy, have just featured in an article in The Advertiser, explaining how their move to a retirement living community has been the right one for them.
The couple moved to Ridgehaven Rise 13 years ago, where they have since enjoyed a more low-maintenance lifestyle within the tight-knit community.
“We’re very happy here”, said Mr Caddy. “It’s a different sort of living and since we’ve been here, my brother and his wife have moved in too.”
The article goes on to explain that the couple enjoy the lifestyle that Ridgehaven Rise provides, the social events that the residents organise, the feeling of safety and the fact that they have no more lawns to mow!
The article coincided with the release of a report by the Retirement Living Council of Australia which focuses on the benefits of retirement living. A copy of the report “Better Housing for Better Health” can be found linked here.
