We’re thrilled to share an important milestone has been reached at Levande Oatlands, with our brand new Information Centre now being installed on site.

The purpose-built modular building has been successfully craned into place, marking a tangible step forward as the vision for our new retirement community continues to come to life.

To mark the occasion, we captured the installation of the Information Centre as it arrived on site. You can view the footage below.

Over the coming months, the space will be thoughtfully fitted out to create a welcoming and informative environment for future residents and their families.

Once complete, the Information Centre will feature contemporary technology, considered design details and a full-size display apartment. This will allow visitors to step inside and get a genuine sense of what living at Levande Oatlands will look like, long before the doors officially open.

We’re looking forward to sharing more updates on the Information Centre, which we anticipate will open this Spring.
