My name is Allis Petith, The Cambridge's Senior Village Manager. I have had the opportunity to meet many residents already at recent events, however I thought it would be nice to share with you all a little bit about myself.

I’ve been in the Retirement Living industry for more than 5 years, with experience across different providers, villages and roles. I have been with Levande as a Village Manager at Castle Ridge Village, Castle Hill since 2023, where I have enjoyed building strong connections with residents and their families.

While it was the special relationship I shared with my late grandmother that initially drew me towards this industry, it’s the regular opportunities to positively impact someone’s day that I appreciate the most. I feel very fortunate to have a job I enjoy coming to each day, and I try not to take that for granted.

I grew up in Glenorie within a sandstone quarry run by my family, so I’m a little bit of a country girl at heart, having been surrounded by trucks and tractors on acreage as a child. These days, I’m enjoying living in Baulkham Hills which still feels very familiar to me, as I have always lived within the Hills District. In my spare time I enjoy going on coastal walks, entertaining with friends and family, travelling and the occasional hit of golf.

I’m thrilled to be a part of our newest village, The Cambridge, as I can see that even during the current construction stage, there is already so much to be excited about. I’m looking forward to this journey at The Cambridge Village community grows, and I get to know the residents over the coming months
