Modern Design: The new clubhouse will feature contemporary architecture with stunning east and west elevations, making it a prominent and attractive feature of Macquarie Grove.
Sustainable Living: In our commitment to sustainability, the clubhouse will include rainwater tanks, solar panels, and energy-efficient appliances and lighting.
Accessibility: Designed with inclusivity in mind, the clubhouse will have step-free thresholds and automatic doors to ensure accessibility for everyone.
Leisure and Wellness: Residents can enjoy a variety of recreational facilities, including a darts space, an outdoor kitchen, and a bar connected to an alfresco area. Additionally, there will be spaces for a hairdresser and consulting rooms for doctors.
